• Order details: tickets, upgrades, and add-ons purchased, and amounts paid.
• Payment information is entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and on-site interactions, collected through cookies and analytics tools (including Microsoft Clarity).

How we use it

• To process orders, issue invoices, and deliver your tickets and event materials.
• To send event updates, reminders, and related communications by email or text.
• To respond to partner and sponsorship applications.
• To improve our website, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the event and business — such as payment processing (Stripe), our CRM and messaging platform, hosting, and analytics — and when required by law.

Communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, or reply STOP to text messages. We may still send messages related to your purchase.
